PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT
1. General Provisions
The administration of the website iguana-store.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration), guided by Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, addresses this public offer (Offer) to an unlimited number of individuals to conclude an agreement for the use of the specified website under the terms set out below. This Agreement is public, meaning its terms are the same for all users, and full and unconditional acceptance of these terms is considered an acceptance (consent) to the Offer. This Agreement has legal force in accordance with Articles 633, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and is equivalent to a contract signed by the Parties.
Site Administration and User: Any natural or legal person who gains access to the site iguana-store.com and uses its functionality (hereinafter referred to as the User) joins this Public Offer Agreement by such use. This Agreement enters into force from the moment its text is published on the website iguana-store.com and remains valid until the Offer is revoked. The Offer is valid throughout the territory of Ukraine for all Users of the site.
2. Purpose and Status of the Website
The website iguana-store.com is a demonstration internet resource created solely for experimenting with Google organic traffic and for familiarizing users with a sample product assortment. The site IS NOT an online store conducting real commercial activity – no actual sale of goods, order placement, or payment acceptance is carried out through this resource. All information posted on the site (including descriptions, prices, and images of goods) is intended exclusively for testing and experimental purposes and is not aimed at generating profit or encouraging actual purchases.
Copying of products from another site: The products presented on the website iguana-store.com are copies (replicas) of products from the website of the corresponding manufacturer specified on the product page. This copying is done solely for experimental purposes to study internet traffic. The presentation of these products on iguana-store.com does not imply their offer for sale, advertising, or availability in real circulation. All mentioned names, images, and trademarks belong to their rightful owners; the use of such information on the demonstration site is for informational purposes only. The Site Administration does not claim any commercial relationship with the owners of the original site or products.
Non-commercial nature: The site does not conduct entrepreneurial activity and does not provide paid services. No provision of this Agreement may be interpreted as creating a buyer-seller relationship or any other payment obligation between the Site Administration and the User. The User understands and agrees that consumer protection laws do not apply to their use of this site, as no paid goods or services are provided through the site.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
All content and functionality of the site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any explicit or implied warranties from the Administration. The Site Administration disclaims any representations or warranties that may be implied and assumes no responsibility regarding this website, its content, or use by Users. The site is for demonstration purposes only, and the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of the information are not guaranteed. The Administration does not confirm that the information on the site is accurate, complete, or current, and is not liable for any errors or omissions in the content.
Limitation of liability: Under no circumstances shall the Site Administration be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of information posted on this site. The User assumes all risks related to the use of the site's materials. The Site Administration is also not responsible for the content and accuracy of information obtained from external sources that may be linked on the site; the presence of such links does not imply endorsement or confirmation of the information by the Administration.
Disclaimer of obligations: The iguana-store.com resource provides no guarantees that its operation will meet the User’s expectations. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the site, absence of technical failures or errors, or the security and preservation of data. The Site Administration shall not be liable for any losses, lost profits, or other negative consequences that may arise in connection with the use of the site, and provides no express or implied warranties regarding the availability or suitability of any information or product for a particular purpose. The User agrees to use the site voluntarily and at their own risk, understanding that this resource is experimental and demonstrational.
4. Procedure for Acceptance (Offer Consent)
This Agreement is concluded without signing a written copy by the User joining its terms. Acceptance of this Offer is considered to be any action indicating the User’s agreement to its terms. By accessing or continuing to use the website iguana-store.com, the person confirms their full agreement with all terms of this Agreement and undertakes to comply with them. If the person does not agree with any of the provisions of this Offer, they must immediately stop using the site.
The moment of full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer is the start of the User's use of the site, including viewing pages, clicking links, or performing other actions indicating the use of the site’s functionality. From this moment, the Public Offer Agreement is considered concluded between the Site Administration and the User in accordance with Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Unconditional acceptance of the Offer by the User means that they fully understand each clause, understand the legal consequences of such consent, and confirm that they have the necessary legal capacity to conclude this Agreement.
5. Changes and Termination of Offer Terms
The Site Administration reserves the right to change the terms of this Offer or supplement it with new provisions at any time unilaterally, without special notice to the User. Any changes to the Offer come into force from the moment the updated text is published on the website iguana-store.com, unless another effective date is specified upon publication. The Site Administration recommends that Users regularly review the current version of the Offer for changes and additions. Continued use of the site after any changes means the User's automatic agreement to the new terms and joining them.
The Site Administration reserves the right at any time to fully or partially withdraw this Offer (terminate its validity) or discontinue the operation of the website iguana-store.com at its sole discretion and without prior notice to Users. In the event of Offer withdrawal or termination of the site’s operation, this Agreement is considered automatically terminated (no longer in force) from the moment of such withdrawal or termination.
6. Final Provisions
This Public Offer and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration are governed by the current legislation of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from the performance or non-performance of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement – in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. The User agrees that all possible disputes shall be considered under Ukrainian law, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed otherwise than the Parties’ consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
If any provision of this Offer is found invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of other provisions. An integral part of this Offer is the site's Privacy Policy (if available), which governs the processing and protection of personal data.
The Public Offer Agreement is posted on the website iguana-store.com and is available for review by Users. The current version of the Offer dated July 27, 2025, supersedes all previous versions of this Agreement (if previously published on the site). All rights to the site content belong to the Administration or the rightful content owners; use of the site by the User does not grant them any proprietary rights to such content.
